- 2.00 ml(s) of Olive Oil
- 2.00 gram(s) of Butter
- 4.00 piece(s) of Garlic
- 1.00 tsp(s) of Salt
- 0.50 tsp(s) of Black Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut potatoes into chunks and place on a baking tray. Toss with olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Spread evenly and roast, turning once, until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
